Um if I could rate a 0 I would, he was amazing there...until I got home and realized he put the wrong size tires on my rims and put my rear passenger tire on backwards! Yep went to Firestone tire to get them looked at and he told me that I should be able to see the word inside on the outside of of my rim!!(photo attached) and then refused to put the right size or fix the backwards tire which is very dangerous had to go and finance tires cause his lack of providing the proper service in the beginning and his absolute refusal to fix the issue he caused unless I gave him another $150 which I didn't have cause he had just taken $104 from me the day prior. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I truly do care about these two gentleman at this amazing time shop!! I moved here in Macon approx 11 and a half months ago. I own a very old Saturn...( made by General Motors.i found that a great deal of tire shops do not have either, the balance. Machine!! But yet, they still want to share the customer the same top dollar figure!! That doesn't add up to me!@!! Not at all!!

I got a flat on a road trip, and the guys at America Express Tire were so helpful and creative in trying to get it fixed, so I didn’t have to cut my trip short. Really good folks! Even gave me a refund on the tire I bought when it turned out my car was too damaged to make the trip, which they didn’t have to do!
